Privacy Policy

Effective 1 August 2026

This policy explains what information IDALLOS collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It covers this website only. It does not govern the separate, contractually scoped work IDALLOS performs for clients, which is addressed in the engagement agreement for that work.

Who we are

IDALLOS provides independent decision assurance. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at justin@idallos.com.

Information we collect

This is a static website. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

The only information you actively provide is what you enter in the contact form: your name, work email, company, role, and — if you choose — a description of the decision you would like examined and its stakes. You control what you submit; the two open questions are optional.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to deliver the site. This is standard for any website and is retained only briefly.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a scoping conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Our legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering an engagement.

Form processing

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email, and may be routed through a third-party form-delivery service acting as our processor. That provider handles the submission only to transmit it to us. If you prefer, you may contact us directly by email instead of using the form.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and then delete or archive it in the ordinary course. If an engagement follows, retention of engagement materials is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not this policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to enquiries (such as hosting and form delivery), and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email justin@idallos.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential decision records through the contact form — a first conversation is for scoping only and requires no system access.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page.
